تعلن جمعية التنمية الزراعية (الإغاثة الزراعية) عن فتح باب التسجيل لبرنامج التدريب مدفوع الاجر "Internship" ضمن مشروع "بناء الصلادة الاقتصادية لغزة" الممول من الاتحاد الأوروبي المنفذ من أوكسفام بالشراكة مع جمعية التنمية الزراعية (الإغاثة الزراعية)، حيث يهدف المشروع إلى المساهمة في تحقيق تنمية اقتصادية مرنة وشاملة ومستدامة في قطاع غزة.
The Agricultural Development Association (Agricultural Relief) announces the opening of registration for the paid training program "Internship" within the "Building the Economic Resilience of Gaza" project funded by the European Union and implemented by Oxfam in partnership with the Agricultural Development Association (Agricultural Relief). The project aims to contribute to Achieving flexible, comprehensive and sustainable economic development in the Gaza Strip.
تدريب مدفوع الاجر "INTERNSHIP"

يهدف التدريب مدفوع الاجر الى بناء قدرات الشباب من كلا الجنسين من خلال توفير فرص تدريب مدفوعة الاجر من أجل تطوير قدرات الشباب المهنية من خلال دمجهم في بيئات عمل مهنية في أماكن عمل فاعلة داخل منشات القطاع الخاص التي تعمل في القطاع الزراعي وتوفر بيئة عمل مناسبة لتعليم الشباب المتدربين طرق وتقنيات العمل وتزويدهم بالمعرفة اللازمة للانخراط في سوق الأعمال المنسجمة مع الواقع الاقتصادي والبيئي في غزة. حيث ان هذه الفرصة ستعمل على اكساب المتدربين خبرات عملية و فنية و إدارية قيمة و ستقوم بتطوير مهاراتهم مما يساعدهم على الاستمرار بالعمل داخل المنشاة بعد انتهاء فترة التدريب او القدرة على المنافسة و الحصول على فرصة عمل لائقة بعد انتهاء فترة التدريب.
حيث يوفر البرنامج فرصة تدريب مدفوعة الأجر لمدة 5 شهور داخل منشات القطاع الخاص التي تعمل في القطاع الزراعي
:about the program
The paid training aims to build the capabilities of young people of both sexes by providing paid training opportunities in order to develop the professional capabilities of young people by integrating them into professional work environments in effective workplaces within the private sector establishments operating in the agricultural sector and providing a suitable work environment for youth education Trainees work methods and techniques and provide them with the necessary knowledge to engage in the business market consistent with the economic and environmental reality in Gaza. As this opportunity will provide the trainees with valuable practical, technical and administrative experiences and will develop their skills, which will help them to continue working within the facility after the end of the training period or the ability to compete and obtain a decent job opportunity after the end of the training period.
المواقع المستهدفة: جميع محافظات قطاع غزة.
Target locations: all governorates of the Gaza Strip.
معايير وشروط التقديم:
- يجب أن يتلقى المتدرب أو المعيل الأساسي للأسرة مساعدات إنسانية (وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية، وكالة الأمم المتحدة لإغاثة وتشغيل اللاجئين الفلسطينيين في الشرق الأدنى، برنامج الغذاء العالمي، إلخ).
- تطبيق مبدأ تكافؤ الفرص وإعطاء الأولوية للإناث المؤهلات.
- العمر (19-29) عام.
- أن يكون المتقدم متاح بدوام كامل خلال فترة التدريب 5 أشهر.
- أن يكون المتقدم/ة مؤهل وملتزم بكامل متطلبات برنامج التدريبي من الناحيتين النظرية والعملية.
- أن يكون المتقدم/ة حاصلاً على درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في التخصصات التالية: التسويق, هندسة صناعية, الهندسة الزراعية: الإنتاج النباتي، والإنتاج الحيواني، والزراعة المستدامة، وتصنيع الأغذية من جامعة معترف بها (مع العلم بانه سيتم إعطاء الأولوية للتخصصات الزراعية).
:Criteria and conditions for submission
The trainee or the main breadwinner of the family must receive humanitarian aid (Ministry of Social Development, United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East, World Food Program, etc.).
Applying the principle of equal opportunities and giving priority to qualified females.
Age (19-29) years.
The applicant must be available full-time during the 5-month training period.
The applicant must be qualified and fully committed to the requirements of the training program, both theoretically and practically.
The applicant must have a bachelor's degree or diploma in the following majors: marketing, industrial engineering, agricultural engineering: plant production, animal production, sustainable agriculture, and food processing from a recognized university (knowing that priority will be given to agricultural majors).

- آخر موعد لاستقبال الطلبات والتسجيل بتاريخ6/2/2023، الساعة الرابعة مساءً، مع العلم بأنه لن يتم النظر إلى الطلبات غير المكتملة وغير المستوفية للشروط والمقدمة بعد انتهاء الموعد.
- التسجيل لا يعني بالضرورة الاختيار, سيتم الاختيار من خلال عملية تنافسية تشرف عليها جمعية التنمية الزراعية (الإغاثة الزراعية).
- ستقوم جمعية التنمية الزراعية(الإغاثة الزراعية), بالتواصل مع المرشحين المؤهلين للتحقق من المعلومات المقدمة, بناءً على المعلومات المقدمة في طلب الالتحاق/الانتساب.
- من المرجح ان يستغرق تقييم الطلبات والتحقق من الأهلية عدة أسابيع, نحن نقدر تفهمكم وصبركم خلال هذه العملية, ويسعدنا تقديم تحديثات حول حالة طلبك عند الطلب من خلال التواصل عبر جهات الاتصال التي تم ادراجها.
- تشجع جمعية التنمية الزراعية (الإغاثة الزراعية) كل الأطراف المعنية في المجتمع للمشاركة بأي تغذية راجعة بما فيها الشكاوى, المعلومات الإضافية, الآراء, التوصيات... إلخ.
